That's why we need you, a seasoned Program Manager who can ensure our Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity program achieves success.

As a lead Program Manager on our team, you'll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding enterprise network and cybersecurity operations for the Navy. You'll provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadershipforlarge-scaleenterprise network operations, modernization, and cybersecurityprograms.You'llwork directly withNavy clientsand Navy, Joint, and Coalition stakeholdersto help ensure tasks are managed effectively.You'llempower our clients through communication, ensuring the program achieves its goals and meetsquality standards.You'llwrite and deliver executive leadership-level communications and briefings.

You Have:

  • 7+ years of experience managing a dispersed workforce and various functions in support of large-scale DoD efforts
  • Knowledge ofDoDproject or program management practices
  • Ability to engage with clients to collect, understand, and define their IT requirements, analyze and translate those requirements into project plans and milestones, and create realistic resource-loaded schedules to manage and report progress
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field

Nice If You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience managing large-scale DoD efforts valued at over $200M
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Master's degree in STEM, Management, or a related field
  • PMI Certification such as PgMP or PMP Certification
  • DoDM 8140.03 for Defensive Cyber Workforce (DCWF) Work Role 801 Advanced Level Certification
  • ITIL 4 FoundationandManaging ProfessionalFramework Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
