Job Description:

Program Manager on the Submarine Systems Programs team within Maritime's Imaging Systems (IS) will ensure effective management of cost, schedule and technical aspects for assigned programs. They will communicate effectively with functional teams including operations, finance, planning, contracts, and supply chain to set priorities, resolve issues and meet program commitments.

Essential Functions:

  • Lead and coordinate cross functional program teams to deliver on schedule, within scope and on budget.
  • Manage full project lifecycle in accordance with contractual requirements and company standards.
  • Support business development activities, including proposal management, proposal change control, and negotiations as required.
  • Monitor and mitigate project risks and opportunities, able to adapt strategies in a dynamic work environment.
  • Serve as the primary stakeholder interface, including communication with internal leadership, customers, suppliers, and other partners.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, export controls (e.g., ITAR/EAR), and contractual obligations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 3 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
  • Active Secret Clearance

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Experience with government contracts including DPAS ratings and FAR/DFAR contract requirements
  • Familiarity with Earned Value terms and uses to manage program cost and schedule performance

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado State, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Vermont and New York State is $80K-$149K. For California, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Washington D.C., Maryland Greater Washington D.C. area, the city of Denver, Washington State and New York City, the salary range for this role is $92-$171K. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
