Job description

Springwell is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Program Manager to join our leadership team.
The compensation for this role is $75,000.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Springwell is seeking a Program Manager for our Senior Care Options (SCO) and One Care department. This Program Manager oversees contracts with 6 private health insurance companies. They are responsible for the direct administrative and clinical supervision to 4 Supervisors, over a team of approximately 20 service/care coordinators.
This Program Manager has to stay informed of the ever-changing program expectations while providing leadership and direction to the team. They must engage in QA/QI activities to ensure compliance and pursue continuous quality improvement. They must be able to maintain positive and collaborative relationships with external partners, including clinical and fiscal contacts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Master's degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
  • Three years' experience working with older and/or disabled adults.
  • Two years' experience as a Supervisor or Program Manager.
