This position is responsible for coordinating grant-funded activities associated with the Small Business Support Hub Grant. In this capacity, this position helps to develop and oversee the day-to-day management of all projects associated with the grant to meet project performance measures and deliverable outcomes in accordance with established program requirements. In addition, this position will also be required to submit all necessary grant reports as required by the funding organization.
Funding for this position is secured through 12/31/26, and continuation is contingent on continued grant funding.
Primary Duties:
- Prepare and submit all necessary reports as required by the terms of the grant, including data collection from diverse sources, compilation, analysis, and grant report writing.
- Evaluate project activities, performance measures, and deliverables on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to benchmark progress toward project and program goals.
- Ensure compliance with grant organization policies and grant terms/conditions.
- Establish and maintain effective communication to drive overall program development goals and objectives.
- Communicate progress of grant project activities to internal and external audiences.
- Coordinate required grant program meetings.
- Serve on committees as assigned.
- Perform other duties as required/assigned by leadership.
Required Knowledge,Skillsand Abilities:

- One (1) year of experience in managing or implementing grant-funded programs.
- PMI CAPM or comparable
- Experience with grant reporting and compliance
- Master's degree in business or related field.
- Experience working in an institution of higher education.
- Familiarity with team project collaboration tools such as Slack, Trello, and Basecamp
Working Conditions:Normal office environment. Travel to client sites and other meetings will be required up to 1 day per week within working hours.
Salary & Benefits:Annual Salary Range$60,453 - $93,270,commensuratewith experience
