Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to support a company focused on building and scaling a new internal product organization within a highly regulated aerospace and defense environment. This position is on-site in Mason, OH. The Program Manager will lead cross-functional efforts to drive new product development from concept through production. Join a high-impact initiative where you will help shape a transforming organization and influence long-term product strategy.

Responsibilities for the Program Manager include:
  • Lead the development and establishment of a new internal product organization
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, manufacturing, finance, and supply chain
  • Drive new product development efforts from concept through production lifecycle
  • Gather stakeholder requirements and serve as product owner throughout development
  • Oversee financial reporting, capacity planning, and support product strategy and roadmap development
Required Qualifications for the Program Manager include:
  • 7+ years of experience leading new product development in a regulated environment
  • Experience with Agile product development methodologies, capacity planning, and program management tools
  • Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
