Pay Range: $55hr - $60hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 8+ years of experience in Program/Project Management.
  • Strong expertise in governance, reporting, and stakeholder management.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional programs.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large-scale programs and projects across multiple teams and functions.
  • Drive Engineering Excellence initiatives, including process improvements, best practices, and quality frameworks.
  • Establish and maintain program governance structures, including steering committees, cadence calls, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Prepare and present program status reports, dashboards, and metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, QA, Operations, and Business units.
  • Track program milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies; ensure timely escalations and resolutions.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational standards, compliance, and delivery processes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, delivery timelines, and quality.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication and transparency.
