The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Organizing and leading project team(s) from program inception to delivery, following an outcomes-based, agile-focused approach. This is a value-add role, collaborating with product owner(s,) software development teams, technical teams, security teams and senior leadership across the business to define project objectives
  • Defining success criteria and data-based metrics to validate program return on investment (ROI)
  • Defining and managing project schedules, milestone-based plans and progress updates for stakeholders and senior management
  • Assessing project progress, and as necessary, lead collaborative efforts to adjust scope, timelines and resources to meet project objectives - effectively escalating issues when necessary
  • Providing program status communications - detail-level for teams / stakeholders and executive-level for senior leadership
  • Ensuring risk management plans are in place and leading needed risk mitigation efforts
  • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with peers, stakeholders, senior leaders across business units / functional groups

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution AND 5 years project / program management experience

OR

  • High school diploma with equivalent work experience AND 9 years project / program management experience

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • Experience with Excel, JIRA, MS Project or similar tools
  • Experience to present data to generate "call to action".
  • Prior experience in leveraging Agile methodologies and best practices
  • Previous success in meeting program objectives
  • Solid written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Prior experience in conflict resolution skills

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Success in leading multiple projects in parallel
  • Experience leading process improvement initiatives
