POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Program Coordinator โ€“ Dispatch & Logistics Services to serve as the primary operational contact for customer accounts and support the successful execution of logistics and order fulfillment programs. This role is ideal for a customer focused professional who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and wants to build a long term career in supply chain and operations.

In this position, you will coordinate day to day customer activities, manage order fulfillment processes, support logistics operations, and collaborate with multiple internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. You will play a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and operational performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

โ€ข Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts and provide exceptional customer support

โ€ข Manage end to end order fulfillment activities, ensuring orders are completed accurately and on schedule

โ€ข Coordinate shipments with warehouse teams and third party freight providers

โ€ข Support reverse logistics activities including returns, repairs, refurbishments, warranty claims, and asset retirements

โ€ข Monitor customer communications, provide status updates, and resolve operational issues or escalations

โ€ข Process transactions and maintain accurate records within internal and customer systems

โ€ข Generate reports, KPIs, and operational insights for customers and internal stakeholders

โ€ข Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, Procurement, Finance, Repair Services, and Sales teams to support customer programs

โ€ข Assist with monthly billing, invoicing, and business review preparation

โ€ข Identify opportunities to improve customer service, operational efficiency, and overall program performance

KEY REQUIREMENTS

โ€ข 1 to 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, customer operations, order fulfillment, or a related field

โ€ข Bachelor''s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline preferred; strong internships or relevant experience considered

โ€ข Experience supporting customer facing operations and resolving customer issues professionally

โ€ข Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills

โ€ข Experience working with ERP systems, logistics platforms, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, or similar business applications preferred

โ€ข Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate activities across teams, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment

โ€ข Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a focus on process improvement

โ€ข Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

โ€ข Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow through
