Job Summary:

They are seeking a Senior Program / Project Manager to lead complex technology programs within the ATM Services team, ensuring alignment with business priorities and effective execution across multiple engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end program delivery from concept through post-implementation using approved methodologies and tools
• Align stakeholder priorities and manage a unified program roadmap across multiple initiatives and teams
• Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams, ensuring backlog work is properly sequenced, tracked, and delivered
• Establish and enforce program governance, controls, and reporting to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets
• Serve as a liaison between business and technology, bridging technical execution with strategic objectives
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and leadership to resolve risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively
• Develop and maintain program documentation, artifacts, and executive communications
• Drive continuous improvement across program delivery, planning, and collaboration processes
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of experience managing IT programs/projects, including planning, organizing, monitoring, and controlling delivery
Preferred:
• Experience leading technical programs in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
• Strong understanding of product management principles and program strategy
• Experience working with engineering / Scrum teams
• Knowledge of core banking functionality
• Familiarity with financial management with capitalizable assets
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic execution capabilities with an eye towards constant process improvement and simplification
