Job Summary:
Chenega MIOS SBU is a professional services provider specializing in Intelligence Operations and Cyber Support Services for the U.S. Government. They are seeking an Agile Program Manager who will lead the implementation of Agile methodologies, ensuring successful project delivery and mentoring team members in Agile practices.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, refinement, sprint review, retrospectives, and other related team and intra-team meetings
• Participate in sprint demonstrations and Scrum of Scums
• Maintain and generate information radiators for the team
• Collect and share team metrics with the team, suggest new metrics, and drive improvement using metrics
• Ensure the goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the team
• Ensure the technical team has a clear understanding of 'Definition of Done'
• Drive stories to Ready State in preparation for the next quartet and upcoming sprints
• Prepare for and facilitate regular releases and spring planning with the product owner and the team
• Work with the team and Product Owner/Manager to maintain a healthy backlog and plan upcoming releases and assist with drafting acceptance criteria
• Manage the budget for the program and handle all program management responsibilities such as contract deliverables, program management review charts or status updates
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's Degree or related field experience required
• Equivalent extensive relevant work experience may be used in lieu of a degree
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Agile project management
• 3+ Agile projects from inception to completion
• Experience applying Scrum and growing Agile teams as a Scrum Master for 5 years or more
• Experience affecting change in organizations and working towards agile adoption
• Experience using agile project management tools, preferably JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Azure DevOps
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary and cross-functional development teams
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar agile project management certification (PMI-ACP)
• Active TS/SCI Clearance
• Successfully pass background and drug screening
