Role Overview
The AI Program Manager will serve as the organization's primary champion for AI adoption. You will partner with business units to uncover high-value opportunities, convert them into clear AI requirements, and lead the development of early use cases. A major focus of this role will be maximizing our investment in Microsoft Copilot and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
You will build our initial AI roadmap, governance model, training approach, and delivery frameworks while ensuring AI solutions are secure, responsible, and business-aligned.
Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrates our core competencies: Action oriented, change champion, customer-focused, developing self & others, and ownership
  • Develop the company's foundational AI adoption strategy and phased roadmap.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities across business units.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops to understand pain points and map them to AI capabilities.
  • Translate business problems into AI requirements, workflows, prototypes, or prompt solutions.
  • Lead design and delivery of early AI use cases with strong emphasis on:
    • Microsoft 365 Copilot
    • Azure OpenAI
    • Built-in AI capabilities within existing enterprise platforms
  • Establish evaluation criteria for accuracy, feasibility, ROI, and business value.
  • Serve as the enterprise Copilot expert and point of contact.
  • Develop playbooks, best practices, prompt libraries, and training resources.
  • Partner with internal IT and Microsoft to optimize configuration, security, and usage.
  • Create lightweight AI governance frameworks for data protection, responsible use, and compliance.
  • Ensure alignment with cybersecurity, legal, risk management, and data governance teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver early AI pilots and scale successful solutions.
  • Drive adoption through communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Track and report KPIs, value realization, and adoption metrics.
  • Completes other projects/tasks as assigned

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems required; MBA or MS in Analytics/AI strongly preferred.
  • 7-12+ years in product management, technical program management, business analysis, or digital transformation roles.
  • Proven ability to lead enterprise technology initiatives with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of strong business leadership with applied AI and data literacy to partner effectively with IT and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with generative AI, LLMs, and modern AI tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, or Azure AI solutions.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable plans.
