Job description

LLE Education Group is in search of a dedicated Program Manager. Our Program Managers are responsible to lead a combination of preschool and school-age program that is child-centered and family friendly. This position requires a high-level of administrative skill and leadership capabilities to ensure program quality is maintained.

What you have:
  • AA/AS in Early Childhood Education required, BS/BA preferred.
  • Minimum of 45 credits in Early Childhood Education.
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in a preschool and/or school age environment.
  • Ability to travel locally with some evening and weekend hours.
  • Excellent verbal, written and listening skills and the ability to communicate to a wide-ranging audience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to work as part of a team.
  • At least two (2) years' of experience as a classroom teacher or childcare provider
What you will do:
  • Commits to helping LLE Education Group continue to set the standard for high quality childcare at every level.
  • Provides effective leadership competencies working with individuals and teams.
  • Displays socially appropriate, adaptability and professional maturity under pressure.
  • Possesses an advanced ability to provide overall supervision and guidance of staff.
  • Becomes a resource and role model to staff regarding curriculum, behavior, classroom management techniques, etc.
  • Communicates professionally with staff, families and children.
  • Conducts daily program observations and assessments.
  • Assists with classroom coverage as needed.
  • Abilities to collaborate and communicate effectively with Center leadership.
  • Attends trainings, workshops, and/or college courses as identified in their individual training plan. This plan will be developed by the Center Director in consultation with the Program Manager and possibly the Educational Specialist.
