At Stepping Stones, we're looking for a compassionate, motivated, and team-oriented Mental Health Professional (MHP) to join our team in a congregate living setting. You'll be a vital part of our clients' recovery journey-teaching life skills, supporting mental wellness, and creating lasting change.

Requirements

What You'll Do:

Under the guidance of the Program Manager and Rehabilitation Supervisor, you'll:

  • Help manage the day-to-day operations of the living site
  • Support clients in developing everyday skills (cooking, budgeting, hygiene, etc.)
  • Serve as a community connector, helping clients access vital services and entitlements
  • Build therapeutic relationships that foster trust and healing
  • Step in as a site leader when the Program Manager is away
  • Participate in creating and implementing treatment plans as part of a dynamic support team
  • Monitor medication usage and maintain proper documentation
  • Be part of crisis response and emergency protocols when needed
