TheHead of Product & Delivery drives our ability to produce great work and deliver increasing value across our company's portfolio. As a key member of the team, you will directly steer the vision, strategy, and execution of our Technical Program/Delivery Management and Product Management departments, and work with stakeholders and leaders across all delivery functions including engineering, process, strategy, and service to unlock world-class delivery. You'll play a critical role in pushing the organization forward via world-class delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and performance. This high-impact role is equal parts strategic and tactical, requiring a leader who can both inspire and model success for our teams as a whole.

A successful candidate is one who is technical, and architecture driven. S/he should be a positive influencer across diverse teams, can operate in a complex environment, knows how to help drive consensus amongst deeply technical teams, can prioritize well, communicate clearly both verbally and in writing, and have a consistent track record of delivery on complex program level roadmaps.

What you will be responsible for

  • Set the vision and provide executive leadership toProduct & Deliveryorganization, driving performance, execution, and stakeholder satisfaction.

  • Lead organization to successfully consult and deliver custom digital product, platforms, and services across our entire portfolio of stakeholders and workstreams.

  • Anticipate trends and changing cyber architecture & engineering product needs among stakeholders and company at large to build and drive a strong delivery strategy that bridges financials, technology, and organizational needs.

  • Lead and manage executive-level leaders (VPs) of Technical Program/Delivery Management and Product Management to translate the company-wide vision and achieve targets within their respective delivery branches.

  • Drive key business metrics while contributing to the definition of Product & Delivery's efficacy metrics to assess health and improve the success of our portfolio.

  • Grow the skills and capabilities of our Program Management and Product Architecture departments-responsible for managing and executing successful stakeholder engagements, identifying current and future needs, and building long-term partnerships.

  • Engage with clients and teams to maintain ongoing and clear visibility across portfolio, identifying opportunities to coach, increase value creation, and manage delivery risks.

  • Work across functional teams to continuously assess and improve existing delivery, resourcing, capabilities, and capacity, while pushing innovation, new offerings, and delivery models

Education and preferred qualifications

  • 8+ years of technical product or program management, focused on platforms build, data engineering or cloud architecture.

  • 8+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience

  • 3+ years of experience as a solution architect, data engineers, or related field

  • 3+ years of technology and / or security domain experience

  • 3+ years of experience executing in Agile software development methodologies.
