Job description

Program Manager, Lead

The Opportunity:

Design, implement, and maintain strategic, multi-disciplinary IT programs in support of corporate strategy. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts. Contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provides highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Mentor or supervise employees in both organization and technical competencies.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Agile project manager serving multiple teams and providing tasking and prioritization

  • Experience with Agile software project management tools, including Atlassian Jira and GitLab

  • Ability to support the Product Owner with maintaining product backlogs

  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience managing project operations or 12+ years of experience managing project operations in lieu of a degree

  • Agile Framework certification

Clearance:

The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
