Job description

Zocks AI is seeking a Principal Implementation Manager to serve as the technical and strategic anchor for our flagship financial services enterprise accounts. You aren't just managing a project; you are architecting a transformation.

Working cross-functionally with the GTM and Product teams, you will own the technical success of our largest clients. Your goal is to maximize user adoption and license expansion by ensuring Zocks is seamlessly integrated into the customer's ecosystem and that every new product innovation is mapped directly to their business objectives.
We will be accepting resumes for this position until May 23rd, 2026.
The salary for this role is: $125,000 to $150,000 with a discretionary bonus based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enterprise Architecture & Design: Lead the technical discovery and architectural design for flagship accounts, defining how Zocks integrates with complex enterprise stacks.

  • Product-Customer Liaison: Serve as a primary feedback loop for Product Management. You translate the nuanced needs of flagship customers into actionable roadmap influence.
  • Technical Orchestration: Act as the "Connector." While you understand the platform and the APIs, you will orchestrate the Solutions and Integrations teams to execute the "plumbing" while you maintain the high-level project momentum.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in technical implementation, solutions architecture, or enterprise delivery.
  • Executive Presence: Proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical C-suite stakeholders.
  • Architectural Fluency: Strong understanding of SaaS ecosystems, SAML, CRM, REST APIs, and system integrations.
  • Outcome-Oriented: A track record of driving measurable business value (adoption, retention, expansion) through technical excellence.
  • Financial Services Savvy: Familiarity with the compliance and workflow requirements unique to large-scale financial institutions.
$125,000 - $150,000 a year

Visas: We are unable to sponsor work visas for this role, and you must be authorized to work in the United States.
Interview Schedule: 30-minute initial call with our recruiter, and up to three 30-45 minute video or onsite interviews with members of our team, followed by an offer pending references. At least one interiew will cover hypothetical implementation scenarios. The estimated interview time commitment is up to 3 hours.

Please note that, due to the nature of our work in the financial services industry, the selected candidate will be subject to background and reference checks as part of the onboarding process.
