Overview

Pacific Retirement Services (PRS) is a national, not-for-profit leader in senior living and healthcare, dedicated to empowering people to lead meaningful lives as they age. We are seeking a Financial Analyst II to serve as a lead financial resource supporting PRS, its affiliated organizations, and managed communities. This role combines advanced financial analysis, forecasting, planning, and reporting with opportunities to support strategic initiatives and organizational growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning activities while developing advanced financial models and scenario analyses.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, liquidity forecasts, debt schedules, covenant calculations, and capital planning analytics.
• Support strategic initiatives through market research, pricing analysis, feasibility studies, and development-related financial analysis.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for financial systems, reporting tools, and planning platforms, including Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning.
• Identify process improvements, strengthen internal controls, support executive reporting, and provide guidance on complex financial matters.

Salary: $89,360k - $111,700k / annually DOE

About You
• Minimum of four years of experience in finance, FP&A, treasury analytics, or a related field.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial systems, and reporting tools; Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field preferred.
