Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • CSEL program management in accordance with all applicable regulations
  • Perform management, training, and instructor certification functions in support of academic, laboratory and operational training
  • Serve as the CSEL program manager and technical subject matter expert
  • Serve as the overall system administrator / SME for the CSEL training architecture
  • Provide SERE Specialist training on management and use of CSEL web application accounts, hand-held radios, and PTIU
  • Provide CSEL support for SERE training in field and classroom environments
  • Perform management, training, and instructor certification functions in support of academic, laboratory, and operational training
  • Provide, prepare, and conduct CSEL related training, briefings, reviews, after-action reports, and meetings.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Have two (2) years’ experience knowledge in and demonstrate familiarity with the DoD CSEL over the horizon architecture to include operations of the CSEL web-app terminal and/or CSEL base station
  • Experience providing CSEL command and control coverage in an operational environment
  • Ability to pass a physical, and psychological evaluation
  • Active Secret Security Clearance at the time of hire
