As Sr. Program Manager II, you'll lead rapid digital transformation and application modernization initiatives supporting the OCIO. This role will oversee a high-performing team of AI-enabled developers, architects, and platform engineers focused on delivering scalable Salesforce solutions that accelerate mission outcomes, streamline operations, and modernize legacy business processes. The ideal candidate will operate at the intersection of product strategy, platform delivery, AI-enabled development, and executive stakeholder engagement, driving rapid delivery through Agile methodologies while leveraging emerging technologies to increase development velocity, improve quality, and reduce time-to-value. What you'll do: * Serve as the primary program and product lead supporting OCIO leadership for Salesforce-based modernization and digital transformation initiatives. * Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of AI-enabled developers, Salesforce engineers, architects, and product specialists responsible for rapid application delivery and modernization efforts. * Own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap development, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, release management, and delivery execution. * Drive accelerated solution delivery through AI-assisted software development practices, low-code/no-code capabilities, automation, and modern DevSecOps methodologies. * Translate mission needs and business challenges into actionable product requirements, epics, user stories, and measurable outcomes. * Oversee Salesforce platform modernization efforts, including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, custom application development, workflow automation, and platform integrations. * Establish and maintain Agile delivery practices across development teams, leveraging Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks to enable continuous delivery and rapid iteration. * Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive leadership to identify modernization opportunities and prioritize high-value capabilities. * Champion the adoption of AI-enabled development tools, intelligent automation, and decision-support capabilities that improve developer productivity and mission effectiveness. * Coordinate cross-functional teams to modernize legacy applications, streamline business processes, and improve user experience. * Establish program governance, performance metrics, reporting mechanisms, and executive communications to ensure transparency and alignment with organizational priorities. * Manage program risks, dependencies, resource planning, and stakeholder engagement to maintain schedule, budget, and performance objectives. * Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and rapid experimentation while maintaining security, compliance, and governance requirements. What you'll need to succeed: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. * 8-10 years of experience in program management, product management, digital transformation, or enterprise application delivery within federal or large-scale enterprise environments. * Active Secret clearance required. * Salesforce Administrator Certification and PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required. * Must be local to the DMV area with the ability to support onsite requirements in Washington, DC. * Proven experience leading Salesforce implementation, modernization, or product delivery programs, along with a strong background in enterprise application modernization, workflow automation, and business process transformation. * Experience managing Agile software development teams and successfully leading cross-functional teams including developers, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders in fast-paced, iterative environments. * Demonstrated ability to translate complex mission requirements into product roadmaps, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes, leveraging AI-assisted tools and emerging technologies, and supporting executive stakeholders with program strategy, performance reporting, and decision-making. SALARY RANGE: $150,000.00 - $170,000.00 The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
