Lead enterprise-level programs that drive strategic business initiatives across multiple functional areas. CTG is seeking an experienced Program Manager I with strong expertise in program management, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking to oversee large, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution. This role is ideal for a collaborative leader who excels at managing complex programs, mitigating risk, and delivering measurable business value.

Duration: 12 months
What You'll Do
  • Lead multiple high-impact programs and projects across three or more business units.
  • Develop and execute project plans, budgets, schedules, forecasts, and resource strategies.
  • Partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and project teams to define priorities and drive successful outcomes.
  • Monitor project scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risks while ensuring adherence to project governance.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, allocate resources, and remove roadblocks to maintain project momentum.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and provide executive-level reporting on program status and performance.
  • Drive change management activities and ensure projects align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor project teams and foster a collaborative, high-performing work environment.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of project/program management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience managing large, complex, cross-functional programs.
  • Strong background in program management, stakeholder management, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Deep understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across all organizational levels.
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, risks, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP, PgMP, or Master's degree preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
