About Fetch

Overview

Fetch Pet Insurance is seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide coverage coordinating brand and creative projects. This role reports to the SVP of Program Management, but is embedded within the Brand & Creative team. You'll partner closely with the Account Director, Executive Creative Director, and creative leads. You will assume full day-to-day ownership of brand project execution - from intake through delivery - while bringing the process discipline, sound judgment, and cross-functional credibility of someone operating at a senior level.
You will be the anchor for the Brand & Creative team, managing the flow of creative work through Asana, protecting timelines, resolving issues before they escalate, and giving stakeholders a clear, dependable read on program health.

Location
This contract role is based in our New York City office in the Penn District, with a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in office per week preferred).

Primary Responsibilities
  • Program & Workflow Ownership - Own end-to-end program tracking and workflow management across Asana and Google Sheets, building and maintaining project structures, owners, milestones, dependencies, and approval/decision points, while keeping timelines and status current across multiple concurrent strategic and BAU initiatives.
  • Creative Intake & Delivery - Partner with the Account Director and Creative Leads on the full lifecycle of creative briefs from intake through final delivery, confirming capacity planning, scope, deliverables, required inputs, owners, approvers, dependencies, timing and available capacity before work is committed.
  • Stakeholder Communication - Lead weekly status and working meetings, document decisions, owners and action items, and provide clear, concise, executive-ready updates that distinguish current status, decisions needed, risks and next steps. Communicate the downstream impact of changes to scope, priority, timing or resourcing so stakeholders can make informed decisions.
  • Risk Management & Escalation - Identify blockers, conflicting dependencies and delivery risks early; assess their impact on scope, timing, and capacity. When escalation is needed bring it promptly to Brand & Creative leadership with clear options and a recommended path.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination - Partner with account management, design leads, and copy leads to scope incoming requests, estimate timelines, and align resourcing against shifting priorities.
  • Process Stewardship - Maintain and reinforce established intake, briefing, review, approval and delivery processes. Clarify roles and decision rights, document agreed changes, and identify practical improvements that increase visibility, accountability and predictability.
Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of project or program management experience in a creative, agency, or marketing environment, with a demonstrated ability to operate independently at a senior level.
  • Advanced, hands-on Asana proficiency - building projects, configuring rules and dependencies, and generating reporting.
  • A proven track record managing multiple concurrent creative workstreams with precision, reliable documentation and consistent follow-through.
  • Executive-ready written and verbal communication, with strong meeting facilitation skills and the ability to present facts, clarify decisions and align stakeholders across levels.
  • Strong operational judgment and composure when priorities shift or information is incomplete, with the ability to translate ambiguity into clear scope, owners, dependencies, decisions and next steps.
  • Experience with agile or sprint-based workflows strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with creative collaboration tools and workflows, including Google Drive, Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, is a plus.
Compensation
  • This contract role is paid at $80-$90 per hour for full-time, 40-hour work for the duration of approximately 4 months.
Why Join Fetch
  • Be part of a mission-driven company that values creativity, innovation, transparency, and collaboration
  • When in office, enjoy complimentary lunch daily, and pets are always welcome
  • Join a team that genuinely cares about creating a positive, inclusive work environment where everyone can thrive
