Job Summary:
BlueWater Federal Solutions is looking for a Program Manager to support the USAF at Maxwell AFB. The role involves overseeing the execution of the Base Maintenance Family of Systems program, ensuring contract performance and operational governance.
Responsibilities:
• Direct ART-level execution across all BMx systems.
• Manage contract performance against PWS Section 7.0 metrics.
• Lead Government engagement and operational governance activities.
• Oversee staffing, risk management, scheduling, and operational priorities.
• Chair release readiness and operational governance reviews.
• Coordinate surge response efforts and mission-critical issue resolution.
• Ensure alignment across modernization, sustainment, migration, and cybersecurity activities.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Must have an active Secret clearance.
• 15+ years of enterprise IT and/or program management experience.
• 10+ years of experience managing DoD enterprise sustainment or modernization programs.
• Experience managing Agile/SAFe and DevSecOps software delivery programs, including enterprise systems modernization, operational sustainment, release governance, RMF/cATO, cloud migration oversight, and program financial management.
Preferred:
• Experience supporting Air Force, logistics, maintenance, or mission systems.
• SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), PMP, ITIL Foundation or higher, and Security+ CE certifications.
