We're looking for an Administrative Program Specialist A to join our Supply Unit-a proactive, people-focused team working to attract and support the talent that drives our mission forward. The Supply Unit plays a key role in managing the LSP supply for all troopers, Investigators, WAE's and DPS Officers. This position works closely with vendors, Troopers, Senior Command Staff.

The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field.

Job Duties:
This position is a combination of two positions. This position is responsible for multiple functions Armorer, Purchasing Administrator, and Property Control, as well as the Captain's assistant. Manages stocking and distribution of all uniforms and related supplies for all LSP/DPS uniformed services. Assist with numerous administrative duties most of which require independent judgment; assist in the development of future expenditure requirements.
As an Administrative Program Specialist A, you will be instrumental in the daily operations of Police Supply:
  • Purchasing and Procurement
  • Property Control
  • Administrative Support
  • Working in a warehouse
Position-Specific Details:
Appointment Type: Job Appointment
Work Schedule: Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday.
Compensation: The salary offered will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
