Job description

Job Overview: A Senior Programmatic Analyst will manage a portfolio of key accounts in a variety of industries and verticals. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in Programmatic advertising and solutions (ex. DV360, CM360, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Studio, amp; Google Web Designer).
Job Responsibilities:
  • Directly manage a portfolio of Click Here Digital’s key accounts on platforms, including but not limited to:

    • Manage programmatic advertising campaigns across DV360, CM360, StackAdapt, Google Analytics, and ClickIQ.

    • Manage Connected TV campaigns across Roku, Amazon, Hulu, Netflix, StackAdapt, and DV360.

    • Manage digital audio campaigns through StackAdapt, Spotify, and additional streaming channels.

  • Join client calls as needed to clearly and effectively communicate programmatic strategies, campaign performance, and opportunities.

  • Manage day-to-day tasks, budgets, and performance to keep campaigns on track and successful.

  • Execute programmatic strategies to align with client goals and objectives by collaborating with dedicated account managers. Provide campaign performance insights and opportunities for improvement.

  • Ensure all managed accounts are consistently meeting or exceeding department KPI benchmarks

    • Generate regular reports to monitor campaign performance and communicate key insights to clients.

    • Analyze large data sets to provide actionable insights and client-facing reports.

  • Develop and maintain strong cross-departmental partnerships, including Social Media, Paid Search, and SEO, to drive integrated omni-channel strategies.

  • Conduct product evaluations and A/B tests to measure the effectiveness of new ad types, creative optimizations, ad formats, messaging strategies, and other initiatives as needed.

  • Provide oversight and troubleshooting support for programmatic accounts.

  • Perform quality assurance (QA) reviews for accounts managed by other members of the Programmatic Team.

  • Facilitate training sessions for Associate Programmatic Analysts and Programmatic Analysts as needed.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in programmatic advertising.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Programmatic campaign management

  • Minimum 2 years with Connected TV management

  • Experience and strong understanding of programmatic advertising.

  • Experience and strong understanding of Connected TV advertising

  • Experience using industry tools such as Google Analytics, DV360 (Display amp; Video 360), StackAdapt

  • Ability to analyze data sets and identify trends based on industry KPIs.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and actionable insights.

  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, GMail, GChat)

  • Focuses on strategic planning and execution of campaigns aligned with client goals, using data-driven insights to optimize performance.

  • Demonstrates mentorship and leadership skills with experience in training and guiding junior team members.

  • Comprehensive, up-to-date understanding of industry trends, best practices, and emerging Programmatic tools to drive competitive strategies.

  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail in QA of programmatic accounts while effectively troubleshooting and resolving campaign performance or setup issues.

  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills to collaborate with account managers, departments, and clients, with experience presenting campaign data, insights, and recommendations to Account Managers and clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google certifications (Google Analytics, Google Ads)

  • Experience with programmatic DSPs such as StackAdapt, The Trade Desk or similar

  • Experience with paid search, paid social media, or CTV

  • Experience in automotive, legal, and/or medical verticals

  • Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles, particularly for online audiences
