Job Summary:
Supports end-to-end contract administration for aerospace programs, including reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting with proposals and negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
Review contracts, NDAs, and purchase orders; draft basic documents
Manage contract updates, records, and ERP/customer portals
Support compliance (FAR, DFARS, ITAR) and audits
Assist with proposals, pricing coordination, and negotiations
Track contract performance, deliverables, and closeouts
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Business/Finance/Supply Chain or related
3-7 years contract administration experience (aerospace/defense preferred)

NCMA certification (or in progress)
