Company Description
As the STS Select Program and Sales Manager, you will be a member of the STS Select Team and you will report directly to the National Director of Program Operations under the direction of the STS Select Managing Director. You will also work closely with the National Program Coordinator in the implementation of this job. The tasks completed must comply with all STS Select policies and best practice guidelines, the Council on Standards for International Educational Travel (CSIET) for F-1 high school exchange programs.
Job Description
The STS Select P/S Manager will have responsibilities related to the growth and quality implementation of the STS Select Academic year and academic semester programs. Duties will include but are not limited to:
• Increased sales of STS Select worldwide to match the school spots currently available
• Increased visibility worldwide via social media and marketing for the STS Select Program
• Increased brand recognition worldwide
• Implementing a comprehensive national plan for growth of US schools offered
• Finding new schools to work with and getting them through the application process.
• Marketing our program and schools worldwide.
• Recruiting families and staff to STS Select
Qualifications
Core Competencies
• Willing to travel extensively overseas - including but not limited to Asia
• Speaking a second language preferred but not required (Chinese a real PLUS!)
• Experience in sales in F-1 programs with proven results preferred but not required
• Several years' experience in sales - preference for internationally related sales
• Overseas exchange or living experience preferred not required
• Good communication skills; experience speaking and writing to people/groups
• Outstanding organizational skills and time management
• Positive can-do attitude
