We believe the future of AI is not just in models — it’s in how those models are applied inside real-world systems and how they support human relationships. That’s where you come in.

We are looking for individuals who also are passionate about relationships - and if your skills follow your passions, you are in the right place. Our team is globally distributed and we welcome diverse backgrounds and perspectives. Creating an environment that is challenging, creative and focused on your growth is a top priority at Zingly. We put people first, inside and outside of work.

Location: San Francisco

Why Zingly?
  • Join a high-growth, founder-led company with a track record of building and scaling successful businesses, including public companies.
  • Be a part of a world-class, passionate and highly motivated team shaping the future of customer engagement at a global scale.
  • Solve complex, real-world problems across diverse industries - from finance, to health care, travel, and more.
  • Thrive in an environment that rewards great craftsmanship, creativity and ambition.
  • Create solutions at the intersection of customer impact and product innovation.
  • High ownership, autonomy, and opportunity to shape the company’s direction & culture for years to come.

We are looking for a Technical Release Manager / Program Manager who can drive execution across engineering, product, AI, QA, and customer teams while ensuring high-quality software is delivered on time and at scale.

This is not a traditional project management role. We need a hands-on leader who understands software development, proactively manages risks and dependencies, and keeps teams aligned, accountable, and moving fast.

Opportunities for Impact
  • Own release management across Zingly’s AI, Voice AI, Digital AI, and platform products.
  • Build and evolve a world-class release process that scales as the company grows.
  • Coordinate engineering, product, QA, DevOps, and customer teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
  • Drive execution of strategic initiatives across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and execution gaps before they impact delivery.
  • Create visibility into roadmap progress, release readiness, customer commitments, and operational health.
  • Establish metrics, dashboards, and governance processes to improve predictability and velocity.
  • Support enterprise customer launches, deployments, migrations, and major platform releases.
  • Drive continuous improvement across planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-release operations.

About You
  • You are obsessed with execution and accountability.
  • You can manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
  • You communicate clearly and effectively with engineers, executives, customers, and business stakeholders.
  • You thrive in ambiguity and can create structure where none exists.
  • You are highly organized but not bureaucratic.
  • You know how software gets built and understand the realities of engineering teams.
  • You push teams forward while maintaining trust and strong relationships.
  • You are proactive, constantly looking around corners and identifying risks before they become problems.
  • You move fast and help everyone around you move faster.
  • You have a strong sense of ownership and do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Preferred Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Release Management, Engineering Program Management, or related leadership roles.
  • Experience managing complex SaaS products from planning through production release.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and release management best practices.
  • Experience working with AI, GenAI, Voice AI, Contact Center, CRM, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively with engineering, product management, design, QA, DevOps, security, and customer-facing teams.
  • Experience coordinating large cross-functional programs involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, release automation, and modern software delivery practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers and managing delivery commitments.
  • Startup experience strongly preferred—we move fast, iterate quickly, and expect leaders to operate with urgency.
