As a Program Manager, you'll play a vital role in overseeing daily operations at our Adult Foster Care home, ensuring that both residents and staff receive the support they need to thrive. This is an opportunity to be part of a team dedicated to providing a safe, comfortable, and enriching home environment for those we serve.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, train, and support a dedicated team to ensure excellent resident care.
  • Oversee hiring, scheduling, compliance, and staff development.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment.
  • Manage resident care plans, documentation, and appointments.
  • Plan meals, activities, and community engagement opportunities.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including budgeting and occupancy management.
  • Build positive relationships with staff, residents, families, and referral sources.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least two years of experience working with vulnerable adults in a home care, institutional, or community setting-or completion of an approved direct care worker training program.
