Executive Director - Behavioral Health & Addiction Recovery Location: Miami, FL Staffing Partner: Symbiotic Services Symbiotic Services is recruiting on behalf of a well respected organization specializing in behavioral health and addiction recovery. We are seeking a strategic and compassionate Executive Director t0 lead clinical operations and drive organizational growth. This position provides a unique opportunity to impact lives through mission-driven leadership in a high-impact care environment.

Direct Reports: Recovery Managers, Counselors, and BHT Lead Position Overview: The Executive Director is responsible for the strategic, operational, and clinical leadership of a behavioral health and addiction recovery facility. This includes oversight of all staff performance, program alignment with best practices, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. The role also involves managing day-to-day operations while supporting long-term organizational sustainability and growth.
