Raytheon - Advanced Products and Solutions (APS) Strategic Business Unit is seeking Program Managers (PM) to oversee legacy programs within the Electronic Warfare Systems (EWS) Portfolio. Each role will collaborate with other program manager staff in setting program plan, vision, and tactical direction for program implementation by multifunctional teams and subcontractors. The PM will integrate the performance of the program’s engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, mission assurance, and program operations teams.

This role is onsite located in Goleta, CA.

What You Will Do:

  • Display strong communication, influence management, and presentation skills, and comfortably interact with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of leadership
  • Support and present Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Estimate at Completions (EACs), as well as coordinating customer Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs)
  • Coordinate and align interactions, expectation, and transactions between customers and other primes
  • Develop and implement program growth strategies for domestic and international areas
  • Understand and represent customer needs to stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the customer counterparts
  • Manage opportunity, cost, quality and schedule, performance and technical aspects
  • Travel as needed to support business engagements
     

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
  • Program and/or project management, integrated product team lead (IPTL), and/or cost account management (CAM) experience
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams
  • Experience with production and/or sustainment programs

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Program Management Level 5 Certification or ability to obtain within one year
  • Experience engaging and reporting out to all levels of executive stakeholders
  • Excellent communications skills and experience presenting to customers and senior key team members
  • Experience working with large complex teams
  • Thorough organization and communications skills
  • Knowledge of Operations, Supply Chain, and Financials

The salary range for this role is 118,300 USD - 224,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
