Job description

Job Purpose:
- The Program Assistant II at LIFESTREAM BEHAVIORAL CENTER will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient functioning of programs and services. This role involves coordinating program activities, managing communications, and assisting with the implementation of program initiatives to support the center's mission of delivering high-quality behavioral health services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of program activities and events, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of program operations, including documentation and data entry.
- Serve as a point of contact for program participants, stakeholders, and staff, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed.
- Support the development and distribution of program materials, such as reports, newsletters, and promotional content.
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes to ensure effective communication and follow-up.
- Assist in monitoring program budgets and expenditures, ensuring compliance with financial guidelines and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for program improvement and contribute to the implementation of enhancements.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the program and the center.
Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent. An associate degree in a related field is preferred.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or program support role, preferably within a behavioral health or similar environment.
- Experience with scheduling, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars.
- Previous experience in a non-profit or healthcare setting is advantageous.
