Vector Solutions is seeking an Implementation Manager with the skills to launch, and support customers, while working cross functionally with Vector team members to constantly improve and automate processes that not only benefit our customers, but the success of our team.


What You’ll Do:

  • Be passionate about implementing Vector Solution’s technology to your assigned business unit
  • Be a consultative partner to guide configuration and implementation decisions based on the customer's use case and actively assist with platform configurations and troubleshooting
  • Lead implementation meetings with customer project managers and stakeholders focused on the implementation of the customer’s desired outcome
  • Design and manage the potentially custom implementation of larger, more complex partner
  • Embrace and apply emerging AI capabilities to improve implementation strategies, streamline workflows, and drive better customer outcomes
  • Work towards professional development goals that align with company initiatives
  • Support the Director of Implementation with team-wide strategies and process
  • Be able to brief team leadership or any member of the customer operations organization on project status
  • Lead by example and perform duties in a respectful manner
  • This role follows a hybrid schedule, with 2–3 days per week in-office
  • Ability to travel to customer sites (10–15%) to support onboarding and key milestones
Requirements:

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2 years in a customer-facing, service-oriented position focusing on relationship management.
  • 2 years implementing software for customers and consider yourself tech savvy and able to pick up new technology quickly.
  • Ability to perform in a self-managed environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are needed to develop strong business relationships with clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Offices suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Office), CRM (Salesforce), and the ability to learn additional software.
  • Confidence presenting new ideas to clients and high-level executives.
  • Outstanding customer skills, attention to detail, and expertise in resolving customer issues quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills verbally and written in addition to presentation skills.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new conditions, assignments, and deadlines.
  • Excellent time management, goal setting and prioritization capability.
  • Thrives working in a fast-paced, team environment.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Experience using Service Cloud, Churn Zero and other similar software
  • Experience working in a high growth SaaS environment.
