We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, AI Implementation based in the Greater Boston area to join one of our US-based clients through a contract-to-hire engagement.

About the role

The Senior Manager, AI Implementation will serve as the bridge between the client's AI strategy and the day-to-day operations of multiple business units. This person will work closely with executive stakeholders to identify, prioritize, implement, and scale AI initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, change management experience, and hands-on exposure to AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsabilities
  • Partner with business leaders to identify high-impact AI opportunities across the organization.
  • Translate business challenges into practical AI initiatives, implementation plans, and adoption roadmaps.
  • Drive AI adoption, change management, and value realization efforts.
  • Work hands-on with AI tools, Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, agents, dashboards, and prototypes to validate use cases and accelerate implementation.
  • Coordinate execution across business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
  • Define KPIs, success metrics, and executive-level reporting to measure AI program success.
  • Support governance, scaling, and operationalization of AI solutions across the organization.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on AI enablement and transformation initiatives.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, technology enablement, management consulting, operations improvement, business transformation, or related leadership roles.
  • Proven experience leading or supporting AI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives within enterprise environments.
  • Experience implementing, governing, scaling, or operationalizing AI solutions in a corporate setting.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into actionable technology initiatives.
  • Hands-on mindset with the ability to prototype, test, and validate solutions.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot and GenAI adoption initiatives.
  • Familiarity with AI agents, workflow automation, and business process optimization.
