Implementation Manager

Compensation: 105k - 130k + annual bonus + full benefits

Remote | Travel ~50%


As an Implementation Manager, you'll help turn new hospital partnerships into fully operational specialty pharmacy programs. You'll work across clinical, operational, and executive teams to bring these programs to life—driving real impact on patient care.
This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where you'll own key pieces of complex implementations, solve problems in real time, and help shape how programs are built from the ground up.

Drive key workstreams within large-scale implementation projects
Partner with hospital leaders and cross-functional teams to execute program launches
Build project plans, track progress, and keep teams aligned
Facilitate meetings and push decisions forward
