  • Develop a strong understanding of Clasp's platform, data models, program configurations, and operational workflows in order to guide implementation decisions and ensure partner needs align with platform capabilities.
  • Drive cross-functional execution and accountability, ensuring internal stakeholders meet deadlines and resolving blockers that could impact launches
  • Guide employer partners through onboarding and activation, delivering training, resources, and support to ensure successful program adoption
  • Lead discovery conversations with partners to understand operational processes, data requirements, and program structures, translating those needs into scalable implementation approaches aligned with Clasp's platform.
  • Build strong relationships with employer stakeholders, helping identify internal champions and driving engagement with Clasp programs
  • Identify risks early and proactively implement solutions to keep implementations on track and ensure successful launches
  • Establish and manage implementation operating cadence, including internal coordination, partner milestone tracking, and progress reporting
  • Bridge technical and partner-facing teams by turning platform capabilities and constraints into clear, actionable guidance for Partner Success teams and employer partners.
  • Translate partner needs into actionable requirements for Product and Operations teams to improve the platform and onboarding experience
  • Improve and scale implementation processes and playbooks to support Clasp's growing employer partner ecosystem

What You'll Need
  • 3+ years of experience in implementations, onboarding, partner success, or program management
  • Experience managing complex partner or customer implementations
  • Experience working closely with product and engineering teams to scope customer requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Experience working with enterprise customers or employer partners
Experience in HR tech, fintech, education, benefits platforms, or other regulated industries is a plus

What We Give In Return
  • Competitive cash and equity compensation
  • Health and dental benefits
  • 401(k)
  • Commuter benefits
  • Flexible PTO
  • Opportunities to grow alongside a fast-moving, mission-driven team
