Job description

Job Title: Project Manager

Work Place Flexibility: Hybrid 

Legal Entity: Entergy New Orleans, LLC 

 **This position has flexibility and can be filled as either a Project Manager or Project Manager Sr, depending on the candidate's level of experience.**

JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE

Manage activities and projects associated with Demand-Side Management initiatives sponsored by Entergy New Orleans, including DSM strategy, tactical plans, empirical research, program design, implementation and ad hoc reporting.

 JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assist with development and execution of DSM strategy for Energy Smart program
  2. Support tactical plans and business case for implementation
  3. Oversee management of contractors responsible for program implementation
  4. Review development of periodic program reports as required by the Council
  5. Monitor and report on regional and national trends in DSM activities
  6. Assist with efforts related to DSM potential studies in connection with development of ENO Integrated Resource Plans
  7. Coordinate as necessary with internal resources to administer, register, and dispatch demand response programs and resources

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

 Minimum education required of the position

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or equivalent work experience.  Advanced degrees desired.

 Minimum experience required of the position

5+ years

Preferred: Energy Efficiency and  Project Management experience

 Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position

Must possess strong analytical skills.  Customer focused self-starter
