What does a program implementation manager do?

A Program Implementation Manager oversees the rollout and execution of programs within an organization, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Their role often involves creating detailed plans, communicating with stakeholders, and measuring outcomes to ensure the program meets its intended goals.
