What is a program evaluation assistant?

Program Evaluation Assistants are professionals who support the assessment and analysis of programs to determine their effectiveness and impact. They collect and organize data, assist in designing surveys and evaluation tools, and help analyze results for program improvement. Their work is essential in helping organizations understand what is working, what needs adjustment, and how to make data-driven decisions. They typically collaborate with program managers, evaluators, and stakeholders to ensure that evaluation processes are thorough and useful.
