  • Create resources and documentation that help franchisees and Vacation Consultants execute local digital, print, and in-store marketing campaigns.

  • Provide guidance and support for online marketing tools used to develop local email, social media, direct-mail, and website campaigns.

  • Drive awareness and adoption of marketing programs through communications, training, webinars, documentation, and targeted support.

  • Support design processes, requests, and workflows

  • Deliver responsive customer service by helping franchisees quickly find the right marketing template, process, or resource for their needs.

  • Coordinate local campaign execution with marketing subject matter experts across email, landing pages, social media, events, direct mail, and in-store marketing.

  • Support local market segmentation and help plan and execute multi-store events and campaigns by coordinating marketing activities into cohesive local programs.

Experience and Qualifications

  • You have a university degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • You have at least two years of experience in consumer, retail, partner, or client marketing.

  • You have hands-on experience with content management systems and online marketing tools.

  • You have experience executing digital advertising, print, retail, and point-of-sale campaigns.

  • You are experienced with design software and creating various print and digital pieces

  • You have strong customer or client service experience, with a track record of providing responsive and effective support.

  • You are comfortable presenting in webinars, training videos, and live training sessions.

  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data.

  • You are creative and adaptable, with the ability to reprioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

  • You have strong written, verbal, and cross-functional communication skills.

  • You can manage multiple projects independently while contributing effectively as part of a team and meeting deadlines.

The total cash range for this position in Vancouver is $65,500.00 to $92,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $105,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
