Job Summary
The Academic Program Specialist provides administrative support and manages a variety of academic and departmental processes for the School of Management. The position reports to the School Director. Duties and responsibilities include: general office duties; internship and recruiting responsibilities and duties; event planning activities and duties; student support; scholarship assistance; schedule, coordinate, and plan meetings; assist with faculty meetings; responsible for all recordkeeping and filing of required contracts and essential recordkeeping information; assist faculty as needed; and assist visitors to the School.
Minimum Qualifications
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Minimum of one year of customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications
1. Ability to work with all types of people
2. Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft computer programs
3. Organized in scheduling, record keeping and filing
4. Ability to multi-task and handle several projects at one time
5. Experience with Datatel
