Job Summary
The Lecturer for the Global Leadership Ph.D. program in the Department of Leadership Development and Professional Studies is responsible for teaching doctoral-level courses ranging from content (e.g., Global Leadership and Organizational Management) to research methods (e.g., Introduction to Research, Research Design). Courses will be assigned based on the specific credentials that are within the faculty member's educational coursework and professional background. This position is also responsible for developing curriculum, course materials, video lectures, labs, and presentations as assigned and participating in program and course-level learning assessments. This position may be expected to serve on dissertation committees, as assigned by the program coordinator.

Minimum Qualifications
1. Doctorate degree from an accredited university in leadership, global leadership, or one of the following specialization content areas: Instructional Leadership and Administration (K-12), Public Administration, Organizational Leadership, Strategic Communication, Higher Education
2. Minimum of five years of teaching experience at a graduate level
3. Evidence of online teaching experience
4. Record of active research and publications in peer-reviewed academic journals
5. Understanding and commitment to cultural proficiency, diversity, equity, and social justice
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience in guiding doctoral research
2. Record of international experience and/or unique understanding and familiarity with specific nations or cultures
3. Experience teaching working professionals online and face-to-face
4. Minimum of five years of teaching experience at a doctoral level
