  • Toassistthe Program Director in the administration of the residents' clinical duties, including evaluation of the residents, and attendance at relevant GME meetings.


  • To work diligently to improve and ensure the quality of the educationalobjectivesof the residency program while working in conjunction with the Department and the Residency Director.


  • Toassistthe Program Director and the Designated Institutional Official in the recruitment and retention of residents for the Residency Program.


  • To work with the Residency Director and the department to developadditionalfaculty and encourage participation in the training of residents, including Journal Club, morning report, special study sessions, and other similar activities.
