Bubble Down Car Wash

Tampa, FL • On-site

Full-time

Posted 24 days ago

Job description

About Bubble Down Car Wash
At Bubble Down, our mission is to deliver the best car wash experience in Florida. We're proud to be the official car wash of the Tampa Bay Lightning, and we've been named Best of the Best by the Tampa Bay Times. As we continue to grow, we're looking for motivated and passionate individuals to help us build stronger connections in the communities we serve.
Position Summary
The Business Development Manager is a sales-driven role responsible for generating new revenue through commercial accounts, fleet partnerships, and B2B relationships in the markets around our locations. You'll own a pipeline from prospecting to close - identifying opportunities, pitching Bubble Down's commercial and membership programs, and bringing in new business that drives measurable growth.
Beyond commercial sales, you'll build strategic relationships with schools, organizations, and community partners that open doors to recurring business, and you'll play a key role in driving sales momentum during new store launches. This role is built for someone who is energized by hitting targets, thrives on the hunt for new business, and has the discipline to manage a pipeline and follow through to close.
Business Development & Sales
  • Prospect, pitch, and close new commercial and fleet accounts to grow recurring revenue.
  • Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, outreach, presentations, proposals, negotiation, and close.
  • Sell membership and commercial wash programs to businesses, fleets, and organizations.
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline against monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Partnership & Account Growth
  • Develop relationships with local businesses, schools, organizations, and community partners that generate fleet, group, and membership opportunities.
  • Identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities that produce measurable business return, not just visibility.
  • Serve as the on-the-ground commercial relationship owner, retaining and growing existing accounts.

New Location Go-to-Market Execution
  • Drive pre-opening sales efforts for new sites - building a book of commercial and membership business before Day 1.
  • Help lead grassroots and event-based activations that convert local awareness into paying customers and members.

Pipeline, CRM & Reporting
  • Track all prospecting, outreach, and deal activity in Zoho CRM to maintain an accurate pipeline.
  • Report regularly on pipeline health, close rates, revenue against targets, and new-site campaign outcomes.
  • Use data to forecast and prioritize the highest-value opportunities.

What We're Looking For
  • A closer with a hunter's mentality who is motivated by targets, commission, and winning new business.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, run a sales process, and close deals - prior B2B, fleet, or outside-sales experience strongly preferred.
  • A natural relationship-builder who is comfortable making cold calls, walking into businesses, and asking for the sale.
  • Excellent communicator - clear, confident, and persuasive in both writing and speaking.
  • Disciplined pipeline manager with strong follow-up and CRM habits.
  • Comfortable working some nights and weekends for events and activations.
  • Driven by KPIs and accountable to measurable revenue goals.

Requirements
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and active car insurance.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor - you are the face of Bubble Down.
  • A working mobile phone for communication and coordination.
  • Punctuality - on time means early.
  • Willingness to lead after-hours/weekend activations & events.
  • Willing to travel across multiple site locations and territories as needed.

Why Join Us?
If you're driven, community-focused, and ready to help build something meaningful-this is your opportunity. We'll provide the training, tools, and support to help you succeed and grow with us. If you're not motivated to take initiative, make calls, and push to build real partnerships-this role is not for you. But if you are, we want you on our team.
