Position Description
Are you ready to lead a dedicated team of mental health professionals while driving high-quality care for individuals served? As Program Director , you will supervise, direct, and coordinate all program activities, ensuring services meet policies, regulations, and accreditation standards. You'll play a key role in hiring, training, coaching, and supporting staff, while shaping the program's success and fostering professional growth across your team.
What You'll Do
  • Oversee day-to-day program operations, ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop staff through training, coaching, performance evaluations, and professional development.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing evaluation of employees.
  • Ensure proper staffing ratios, program compliance, and timely reporting.
  • Provide oversight for admissions, discharges, and program activities.
  • Foster collaboration across departments to achieve shared objectives and program goals.

What We're Looking For
Education:
  • Master's degree (M.A. or M.S.) in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or related field (required).

Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years as a master's-level mental health professional with skills to manage and oversee department objectives (required).
  • At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience (required).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (required).

Licenses/Certifications:
  • State licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, MFCC, or Clinical Psychologist) (preferred) or obtain within 6 months of employment (required if not licensed).
