• Conduct telehealth therapy sessions tailored to the diverse needs of clients, utilizing strength-based and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and client input, ensuring each plan aligns with best practices in mental health treatment.
• Monitor client progress and refine treatment strategies as necessary, providing ongoing support and motivation to foster client engagement.
• Handle all client communications through our secure online platform, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide integrated and comprehensive support, participating in case reviews and contributing to client care discussions.

• Proficient in using telehealth platforms, electronic record systems, and possess strong computer literacy.

• Experience with teletherapy or remote counseling practice is preferred.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other therapeutic frameworks.
• Background in working with specific populations (children, adolescents, families) or specialties (grief counseling, addiction recovery) is a plus.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and life insurance.
