Job Summary:
The Outpatient Clinical Program Manager coordinates campus outpatient opportunities for PHP and IOP levels of care and provides coordination and care of patients for an intensive outpatient treatment program/partial hospitalization program in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Parkwood Behavioral Health System. The Outpatient Clinical Program Manager Implements new outpatient opportunities by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations. He/she also develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new ventures in line with company mission and vision, examines risks and potentials and facilities goals. The Outpatient Clinical Program Manager is responsible for program development, business strategy and development, marketing, personnel management activities, as well as overseeing admissions, psychosocial assessments, individual, group and family therapy, participation in treatment team planning, discharge planning/case management service, utilization review, crisis intervention and liaison services with referral sources and other departments within the hospital.
Responsibilities
  • Manage Outpatient Clinical Programming and ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies
  • Audit, Review, and analyze data to determine barriers and drive successful outcomes
  • Continually seeking opportunities to grow the OP Programs and Implementing programs that meet the needs of the patients serviced
  • Conduct individual, group and family sessions as needed
  • Assist with assessments and treatment planning as needed
  • Effectively and professionally communicate with staff and vulnerable patients and families
  • Perform other duties as assigned/required by this position

Qualifications
Requirements:
Education: Master's Degree Required
Experience: Minimum of one to two years (1-2) experience required
License: LCSW, LPC, LMSW
Skills: Excellent communication skills. Ability to relate to those emotionally disturbed and in crisis. Case Management and demonstrated knowledge of managed care and utilization review principles.
