Title: Clinic Director - Physical Therapist
Location: 35325 Date Palm Drive, Cathedral City, CA 92234
Schedule: Full-Time
Practice Setting: Private Outpatient Practice
Required License: Active Physical Therapist License is required to apply (may be outside of CA as long as applicant is eligible for CA PT licensure.
Compensation: $90k-$200k. Compensation is a combination of base salary plus bonus. Base salary is dependent on experience.

Summary:
The Clinic Director is directly accountable for the clinic's team of staff as well as all aspects of patient care in the facility. Further, they support, disseminate and enforce all company policies and programs as they pertain to individual clinic operation. This position requires a full-time (40 hour +) weekly time commitment. Tasks and responsibility also include Clinic Staff Management, staff training, coordinate with marketing & business development teams, oversee business/operational measure for clinic, manage front office functions via front office manager, patient care management, ensure support of company programs, general administration/communication duties, and participate in direct patient care at the director's discretion.
Compensation
We provide a couple compensation options for you to choose based on your risk tolerance:
  • Option A: Higher Risk/Higher Reward - Lower base (minimum exempt salary) plus 25% bonus based on the clinic's monthly net profit.
  • Option B: Low Risk/Less Reward: $80k salary plus 15% bonus based on the clinic's monthly net profit.
