Position duties include, but not limited to:


1. Behavioral Health Program Medical Director

  • Lead and oversee the Behavioral Health Programs operations, quality, and staffing.
  • Meet regularly with operations, administrative leaders, and clinicians to address issues, set goals, and improve performance.
  • Manage provider scheduling to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Oversee clinic quality improvement projects, budget input, and compliance with service standards.
  • Participate in strategic planning, marketing, revenue, and cost management initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary medical leader for program physicians, including evaluations and disciplinary actions.
  • Collaborate with billing on compliance, coding, and provider education.
  • Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment and review patient care quality.

2. Psychiatry Residency Program Director

  • Lead and manage the Psychiatry Residency Program, ensuring full ACGME accreditation.
  • Recruit, supervise, and evaluate faculty; support faculty development.
  • Recruit, advise, and evaluate residents, ensuring completion of ABPN certification requirements.
  • Oversee curriculum, rotation schedules, and educational content in coordination with affiliated academic institutions.
  • Maintain compliance with accrediting and regulatory bodies.
  • Direct program budgeting, strategic planning, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Provide direct patient care, precepting, and teaching to model clinical excellence.
  • Support and promote faculty and resident research and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain board certification and clinical competency in Psychiatry.
