Job Description:
As a Talent Development Program Manager, you'll own learning programs that support Companywide strategic initiatives from planning through execution and continuous improvement. You'll serve as the subject matter expert for your program, managing content, configuration, budgets, resources, and overall program performance. Partnering with business Leaders and cross-functional Teams, you'll assess needs, drive solutions, and deliver learning experiences that support organizational goals. This role requires strong facilitation, program design, coaching, consulting, and project management skills, along with the ability to adapt, learn new skills, and navigate an evolving Talent Development environment.
There are two opportunities available, each supporting one of the following Talent Development programs: Program Manager Recurrent Leadership Development, Program Manager High Impact Program. Additional details about each program will be shared with qualified Candidates during the interview process.

Responsibilities
  • Manage program by ensuring the learning program's content, audience, requirements, and budget are up to date, compliant, and operating at the lowest cost possible without sacrificing quality
  • Cultivate strong relationships with the business, internal & external training partners, and SWA U Teams, understanding each role's involvement to successfully maintain a program
  • Evaluate feedback from Learners, Partners, business, and evaluations to identify and address any opportunities in the learning program
  • Review, mark up, and submit content edits needs to development team, managing scope of edits with business needs
  • Represent the learning program to all internal & external partners accurately and concisely
  • Manage medium to large program projects with or without an assigned project manager from intake to implementation, keeping partners informed and aligned along the way
  • Drive learning requests through the processes, translating needs into an actionable ask for each partner
  • Manage selection process of programs as applicable
  • Manage Participant experience, including coaching and creating individualized development plans to maximize cohort experience and learning as applicable
  • Facilitate program modules and present engaging Participants using adult Learning methodologies or ensure delivery Team has necessary content
  • Manage programs or events throughout entire cycle including communications, logistic support, speaker selection, schedule of events, etc.
  • May perform other duties as directed by Employee's Leaders

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Advanced knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects
  • Advanced knowledge of principles and processes for providing Customer and personal services including Customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of Customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of talent management process that support program effectiveness and integration
  • Intermediate knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint programs
  • Skilled in understanding and applying information to contribute to the organization's strategic plan
  • Skilled in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
  • Skilled in collecting, organizing, visualizing and assimilating data including turning raw data into meaningful information
  • Skilled in managing multiple ongoing requests, projects, programs, and processes simultaneously
  • Ability to tailor communication content and approach to audience, demonstrating an excellent grasp of situation and context
  • Ability to make sense of complex and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve the problem and need of multiple stakeholders, including Sr Leadership
  • Ability to fully own at least one program and successfully sustain the program(s)
  • Knowledge of talent management process that support program effectiveness and integration

Education
  • Required: High School Diploma or GED

Experience
  • Advanced level experience, seasoned and specialized knowledge in:
    • Program management
    • Project management
  • Preferred: Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Express and/or Canva
  • Preferred: Learning Management System (LMS) Experience
  • Preferred: Microsoft Office Experience
  • Preferred: Content Design and Development

Physical Abilities
  • Ability to perform work duties from [limited space work station/desk/office area] for extended periods of time
  • Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job

Pay & Benefits
  • Competitive market salary from $98,650.00 - $109,600 per year* depending on qualifications and experience, with opportunity for future pay increases based on performance and market movement. For eligible leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
