What will your typical day look like?

Technology delivery manager collaborates with product management and other cross functional project team leads to plan and oversee the technical delivery and deployment of Ascend Integrated Gateway, Suites, and associated assets. With mandate to accelerate globalization of the platform, the platform team needs to fill a technical delivery manager role to be part of the global platform technology team and partner with program stakeholders on program delivery. The role will require active engagement with cross-functional teams, execute within the SAFe framework, and bring stakeholders together to align on technical delivery and release plans

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams including Product, Architecture, Engineering, devOps, and other global teams to shape and support the SDLC execution
  • Become an integral part of the Global Ascend technology team, and support Senior Technology lead in developing a comprehensive technology release plan to globalize Ascend Integrated Gateway and related tools and technologies
  • Proactively engages with technology including devOps teams to ensure technology standards around SSDLC including Cyber (code scans, 3rd party penetration testing), business continuity and disaster recovery, performance testing, and other technical compliance readiness activities are planned and executed across the product development lifecycle. 
  • Works closely with the global enablement team on the definition of end user support model (L1-L4) and participate in remediation activities during system failures.
  • Plans and manages O&M (minor) releases independently to ensure timely response to end user needs
  • Proactively identifies and manages project related risks and issues; works with the team on mitigation strategies
  • Manages to scope, budget, and timelines

Experienced in leading a cross-functional global team in planning technology delivery roadmap and executing the plan towards the technology deployment across the lifecycle environments

  • Proficient in technical project management of enterprise scale cloud implementations
  • Experience with SAFe methodology, Agile framework from planning to delivery, certification is a plus
  • Understands and experienced emerging technology concepts such as Azure CoPilot, ReAct/Angular UX frameworks, RAG, LLMs/SLMs, MCP, Python AI libraries to have an engaging conversation with technical teams and influence planning.
  • Fluent in engaging with technology counterparts to proactively identify and address technical issues, engage with technology vendors, cloud service provides as issues are escalated and work towards resolution
  • Understanding and prior experience leading technical projects with cloud services, data analytics, and business intelligence tools such as MS Fabric, Snowflake, DataBricks, CosmosDB, Vector DBs, Graph DBs, Alteryx, PowerBI, Tableau
  • Experience in leading projects with Container based and microservices architectures, federated data hosting, complex API/Integration Services oriented architectures is a strong plus
  • Understanding of advanced DevOps tools- CI/CD pipeline orchestration, AI/ML OPs, GitHub, Azure Monitor is a strong plus
  • Prior product management, software engineering, or business analysis is a plus

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
